The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for providing leisure services for the residents of Moose Jaw. 
The Department operates and maintains several leisure centres and numerous indoor and outdoor facilities including sportsgrounds, athletic fields, parks, playgrounds and open green spaces.
The Department also maintains and administers the operation of both the Moose Jaw and Rosedale Cemeteries.
